Upcoming Breathing Space Breathwork Classes and Events
Reflection & Intention End of Year Free Breathwork Workshop
Free 2 Hour Online Breathwork Workshop
Tuesday 30 December · 7–9pm UK
(2–4pm ET / 11am–1pm PT / Wednesday 31 Dec 6–8am AEDT)
As the year draws to a close, many of us feel that quiet pull to pause. To look back at the year we’ve lived, especially those small, honest moments that surface when we finally slow down. This workshop is an invitation to breathe, to reflect, and to step into the new year feeling more connected to yourself.
It’s a gentle space to release some of the weight of 2025 and to explore what energy you want to carry into 2026.
Reflection & Intention Word Generator
This year, we’ve also created something playful to support your breathwork: a word generator. One word to reflect on your 2025, and one word to invite into 2026. It’s a surprisingly grounding way to start this transition, and you’ll be guided to explore your words during the workshop.
If you’d like to get your Reflection & Intention words, click the link below:

What to Expect
Arriving in your body
We’ll begin with gentle somatic practices to help you land, slow down, and reconnect.A guided breathwork journey
You’ll move through a Conscious Connected Breathwork session designed to soften tension, ease emotional build-up, and bring a sense of clarity and spaciousness.Reflecting on your year
Using your 2025 reflection word as a starting point (or any other word you wish to use), you’ll explore the shape this year took for you and how it felt.Creating intention for 2026
You’ll work with your 2026 intention word to sense into what you want more of in the coming year. This isn’t about making resolutions or self-improvement; it’s more about energy, direction, and curiosity.Integration
We’ll finish with grounding and time to settle before you step back into your evening.
Who This Is For
Anyone who wants to close the year with more intention and a little more space to breathe. You’re welcome whether 2025 felt expansive, overwhelming, tender, complicated, or anything in between. No breathwork experience is needed.
