Join us in Brighton for a 2.5-hour Conscious Connected Breathwork journey with Benedict Beaumont, founder of Breathing Space.

Whether you’re brand new to breathwork or a regular practitioner, this is a warm, welcoming space to slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself.

In the middle of busy Brighton life, this is your time to lie down, breathe deeply, and let your nervous system exhale.

What to Expect

  • A gentle arrival
We’ll start with simple somatic and grounding practices so you can land, arrive, and feel safe in the space.

  • Guided Conscious Connected Breathwork
You’ll be guided through a flowing, connected breathing pattern that can support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and a deeper sense of clarity and connection.

  • Integration & rest
After the breathwork, there’s time to rest, reflect, and share (if you wish), so you don’t rush back into the world.

This session is trauma-informed, inclusive, and suitable for all experience levels (18+).

Honesty-Based Sliding Scale Pricing

We use a simple honesty system so that more people in Brighton can access breathwork, while still supporting the costs of running the session.

Please choose the ticket that best fits your circumstances:

  • £10 – Reduced Ticket

Breathe, Release, Reconnect

  • £5 – Supported Ticket
For when money is tight and you need a little extra support. No questions asked.

  • £10 – Reduced Ticket
For those watching their budget but able to contribute a bit more.

  • £20 – Standard Ticket (Suggested)
Covers the real cost of running the space. If this feels comfortable, this is the option that supports everyone.

  • £30 – Pay It Forward Ticket
For those who are able to give a little extra to help fund a place for someone who can’t pay the full amount.

We trust you to choose what’s right for you.
