Building a business in the wellness space can often feel isolating and overwhelming. Much of the mainstream business coaching available relies on aggressive marketing, inflated promises, or spiritual bypassing. For those of us trained in trauma-informed, ethical practices, that approach simply doesn't align.

At Breathing Space, we built our school differently. We created the Leadership Accelerator to share the exact practical steps, infrastructure, and mindset shifts that helped us grow a sustainable global community.

This programme is not about pushing you to scale at an exhausting pace or teaching you how to "hack" an algorithm. It is about helping you clarify your boundaries, confidently price your offerings, set up your tech systems, and communicate the value of your work honestly.

How the 10-Week Programme Works

This programme is designed as an active, working incubator. We believe adult learning is most effective when it combines structured education with real-world implementation. You aren't just passively taking notes; you will be fleshing out and growing your ideas week by week.

Whether you arrive with a vague concept, a desire to pivot an existing practice, or a specific goal in mind, we use these 10 weeks to build it out in a supportive community. By the end of the programme, you will walk away with a fully formed, actionable business offering, or be very well on your way. Here’s how we do it:

  • We gather every Wednesday for 10 weeks. To accommodate different time zones, you can choose between our midday cohort (12:00 pm – 1:30 pm UK) or our evening cohort (8:00 pm – 9:30 pm UK). These live sessions are for real-time problem-solving, feedback, and actively workshopping your ideas.

  • You don't have to build your business in a silo. You will join a dedicated circle of practitioners navigating the same challenges. Through our buddy system, you will have a specific peer for accountability, bouncing ideas around, and support outside of the live calls.

  • Alongside the live mentoring, you receive access to our comprehensive digital curriculum, covering everything from branding to course creation, so you can implement the tech and marketing infrastructure at your own pace.

  • We bring in specialists who have built ethical, successful holistic practices to share their specific blueprints, and you gain access to our full archive of past business masterclasses.

  • Building a business isn't a 10-week project; it’s an ongoing evolution. Once you join the Leadership Accelerator, you are welcome to drop into any future live cohorts at no extra cost whenever you need to refine a new offering or reconnect with the community.

The Core Curriculum: What You Will Learn

Alongside the live mentoring, you will work through our comprehensive digital curriculum. This is where we break down the practical infrastructure of running a wellness business.

Inner Leadership Course

Stepping into business ownership often brings up imposter syndrome and questions of capacity. This module focuses on the personal foundations of running a practice. We look at setting clear professional boundaries, managing your own nervous system while holding space for others, and learning how to decouple your self-worth from your productivity so you can lead your business sustainably.

Visionary Leadership Course

We move away from the pressure to "scale quickly" and instead focus on grounded, sustainable strategy. This course guides you to clarify what a functional business actually looks like for your specific life. We cover how to structure your core offerings, set realistic goals, and build a business model that prevents burnout and supports you long-term.

Leadership Accelerator Sessions

These are our weekly live mentoring calls where the active incubation happens. We use this time for real-time problem-solving, feedback, and workshopping your ideas. Alongside the main group, our buddy system connects you with a fellow practitioner for professional accountability, shared brainstorming, and support outside of the live calls.

Online Course Creation 101

We demystify the process of building digital offerings. This module walks you through the practical steps of taking your offline skills and translating them into a structured online programme. You will learn how to design an adult-focused curriculum, set up the necessary tech infrastructure, and manage a launch ethically.

Build Your Brand Course

Your brand is simply how you communicate your work to others. This course covers the fundamentals of ethical marketing. We will help you clarify your professional voice, create a cohesive visual identity, and learn how to reach your audience honestly, without relying on manipulation, exaggerated claims, or high-pressure sales tactics.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Not at all. While this programme was born out of our Breathing Space community, the business infrastructure and ethical marketing principles apply perfectly to yoga teachers, somatic therapists, coaches, and other holistic wellness professionals.

  • You should anticipate spending about 3 to 4 hours a week on the Accelerator. This includes the 90-minute live mentoring call, plus time to watch the self-paced modules and actively work on your business tasks (like building your website or defining your offerings).

  • Life and client work happen! All live mentoring sessions are recorded and uploaded to the community portal the following day, so you can catch up on the discussion. Plus, your accountability buddy will help keep you in the loop.

  • This is the perfect place to start. The Accelerator is designed to help you take that idea and turn it into a tangible offering with a clear structure.

  • Absolutely. Many practitioners use this programme (and the 'come back anytime' policy) to restructure their pricing, launch a new online course, or shift their branding to reach a new audience.
