Online Breathwork Workshop
A once-a-month invitation to soften and let go
Our monthly zoom Sunday workshops are a place to explore Breathwork a little deeper than our usual Online Breathing Spaces. Over 2 incredible hours, an experienced Breathing Space Teacher will guide you on a journey to meet your breath.
Sunday 22 February | Untie The Breath – Breath & the Energy Body
4:00–6:00 pm UK (11:00 am ET / 8:00 am PT)
Online via Zoom
About This Workshop
This session is an invitation to pause and tend to yourself energetically.
As life continues to move quickly, many of us are feeling the need to clear, recalibrate, and gently prepare for what’s ahead. Untie The Breath – Breath & the Energy Body creates space to explore what it might mean to care for our energetic wellbeing with the same intention we bring to our physical health.
Together, we’ll explore the energy body as a living, responsive field. We’ll reflect on what habits or practices might support us as we move into 2026, and how the breath, simple, accessible, and always with us, can become part of that ongoing care.
This is not about fixing or forcing anything. It’s about listening, softening, and allowing the breath to untangle what’s ready to shift.
What You’ll Experience
Gentle guidance into sensing and relating to your energy body
Breath practices inspired by energy medicine traditions
Exploration of cleansing, softening, and recalibrating energetic patterns
An extended conscious connected breath supported by a grounding soundscape
Space to follow your intuition
No prior breathwork experience is needed. You’ll be encouraged to move at your own pace, trusting the quiet intelligence of your breath.
This is a space to reset, reconnect, and remember yourself as an energetic being.
Meet Your Guide – Christine Ashton
Christine explores altered states of consciousness as pathways to healing and spiritual growth. She works full-time at her healing practice in Cambridge, Untie The String, named after a favourite poem by Robert Graves.
Trained as a breathwork teacher with Breathing Space in 2021, Christine now co-teaches Breathwork Facilitation alongside founder Benedict Beaumont. She also hosts monthly Breathe The Tarot sessions and offers fusion healing that weaves together reiki, breathwork, and trance-based, spirit-led practices.
Christine holds spaces for healing practitioners and spiritual seekers through several community groups, and brings curiosity, depth, and playfulness into her work. At the heart of her offering is a simple mission: to make spiritual development more human, accessible — and more fun.
