Online Breathwork Workshop
A once-a-month invitation to soften and let go
Our monthly zoom Sunday workshops are a place to explore Breathwork a little deeper than our usual Online Breathing Spaces. Over 2 incredible hours, an experienced Breathing Space Teacher will guide you on a journey to meet your breath.
Sunday 25 January | 4:00–6:00 pm UK (11:00 am ET / 8:00 am PT)
Online via Zoom
About This Workshop
Life can feel absurd at times. Messy, tender, overwhelming, unexpectedly funny, deeply moving, often all at once.
From the Ridiculous to the Sublime is an online breath workshop that creates space for the full range of human experience. Nothing needs to be edited or improved. The breath becomes a quiet companion as you move between lightness and depth, humour and heaviness, ordinariness and something more spacious.
This is not about chasing a peak experience.
It’s about allowing what’s already here to be met with care.
What You’ll Experience
Guided breath meditations and presence practices to attune to the subtle language of being.
Explorations in how breath, awareness, and gesture transmit energy and meaning.
Contemplative stories and poetic reflections to awaken heart-centred presence.
Simple practices to bring more aliveness, care, and creativity into everyday life.
