Online Breathwork Workshop
A once-a-month invitation to soften and let go
Our monthly zoom Sunday workshops are a place to explore Breathwork a little deeper than our usual Online Breathing Spaces. Over 2 incredible hours, an experienced Breathing Space Teacher will guide you on a journey to meet your breath.
Saturday 26 April | Collective Nervous Systems
4:00–6:00 pm UK (11:00 am ET / 8:00 am PT)
Online via Zoom
About This Workshop
We’re often taught to understand the nervous system as something individual.
My regulation. My capacity. My patterns.
But nervous systems don’t exist in isolation.
They move in relationship.
They entrain.
They respond collectively, especially in moments of pressure, grief, urgency, or change.
Collective Nervous Systems is an online breathwork workshop exploring how nervous systems interact within shared spaces. Together, we’ll gently turn our attention towards what happens not just within us, but between us, noticing patterns of activation, settling, mobilisation, and freeze, both individually and collectively.
Through guided breath, subtle movement, and moments of reflection, this session invites curiosity rather than certainty. There is no right response to arrive at, no state to achieve.
Instead, we’ll explore:
How your own nervous system is responding right now
What you may be sensing from the wider relational field
How social, ancestral, and contextual influences shape what is felt
This is a space to allow complexity, grief, clarity, agitation, tenderness, contradiction, without rushing toward resolution or sameness.
What becomes possible when we let awareness lead?
What You’ll Experience
Guided breathwork to explore nervous system states
Simple movement practices to support sensing and regulation
Exploration of collective and relational nervous system responses
Time for reflection and integration
A trauma-sensitive, choice-led space where awareness is prioritised over outcome
No prior breathwork experience is required. You’ll be encouraged to move at your own pace, listening closely to your body and respecting your own edges.
Meet Your Guide – Hannah Goodman
Hannah shares tools for living a grounded, connected life through breathwork, movement, sound, voice, bodywork, and time in nature. Her work is deeply informed by the eco-systems we’re part of — internal, relational, and environmental.
She creates containers of self-enquiry, exploration, and authentic expression, inviting people to breathe, move, experience, observe, and integrate in ways that honour both individuality and collective belonging.
Hannah’s facilitation is spacious, attuned, and grounded in the understanding that our nervous systems are shaped not only by personal history, but by the wider worlds we inhabit.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
What is Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB)?
Conscious Connected Breathwork is a breathing practice where the inhale and exhale flow together without pauses. It can support emotional release, nervous system regulation, insight, and a deeper sense of connection to yourself. The breath becomes a guide — helping you listen inward and meet what’s present with care rather than force.
You can learn more about Conscious Connected Breathwork on our website.
Do I need any prior experience?
No experience is needed. This session is open to beginners and those who’ve practiced breathwork before. Clear guidance will be offered throughout, and you’ll be encouraged to engage with the practice in a way that feels right for you.
What do I need for the session?
Comfortable clothing you can breathe and move easily in
A yoga mat, mattress, or soft surface to lie on
A blanket or layers for warmth
Water nearby
A notebook if you’d like to capture reflections afterwards
A quiet, uninterrupted space is helpful, but not essential — please work with what’s available to you.
Is breathwork safe for everyone?
Breathwork is a powerful practice, and while many people find it supportive, it may not be suitable for everyone.
Online Conscious Connected Breathwork is not recommended if you have certain medical or psychological conditions, including (but not limited to):
Epilepsy
Severe asthma or respiratory conditions
Uncontrolled high blood pressure
Certain heart conditions
A history of severe trauma or significant and active mental health challenges
If you’re unsure, we encourage you to reach out to us in advance or speak with your healthcare provider. Please ensure you read and complete the waiver before attending.
What will happen during the session?
The session will include:
A gentle arrival and grounding
Preparation of the body and breath
A guided Conscious Connected Breathwork journey
Time to rest, integrate, and land
Optional space for reflection or sharing
Everything is invitational. You’re welcome to engage in the way that feels most supportive for you.
Will I be expected to share or speak?
No. Sharing is always optional. Some people find it helpful to speak about their experience; others prefer quiet integration. Both are equally welcome.
What might I experience during breathwork?
Each breathwork experience is unique. You might feel relaxation, emotional movement, insight, or a sense of clarity. Some people notice physical sensations such as tingling, warmth, or light-headedness.
Whatever arises is approached with care and choice. There’s no “right” experience to have.
Can I attend if I’m pregnant?
Conscious Connected Breathwork is generally not recommended during pregnancy. If you’re pregnant and interested in breathwork, please get in touch, we’re happy to suggest gentler practices that are more suitable.
What if I need to pause or stop during the session?
You are always in control of your experience. You can slow the breath, return to natural breathing, or stop altogether at any time.
This is a trauma-sensitive space where listening to your body and honouring your needs is encouraged and respected.
