    I was a burnt out high school teacher when b    reathwork found me. I knew immediately that it was my calling to bring breathwork out into the world.
    I started Breathing Space to create a community where individuals can experience the profound benefits of conscious breathing. I believe breathwork is a gateway to unlocking our full potential, fostering connection to ourselves, others, and the world around us. I'm dedicated to sharing the transformative power of breathwork with a global community.

    Jennifer Nolan

    Founder

    Once upon a time, I was an online nursing instructor. It was there that I found a love of inclusive design and curriculum creation. I really love creating magic in the background and making welcoming, inclusive spaces for people. I’m very proud to support Breathing Space through accessible online course creation, and website design. My nursing background taught me the importance of accessibility and inclusive care, and I bring that ethos into everything I do here. Being Neurodivergent myself, I take special care to really bring the power of breathwork to people who need it most.
