About This Workshop
On World Water Day, you’re invited to slow down and remember what sustains you.
Breathe with the Living Waters is a nourishing 2-hour online breathwork journey exploring breath and water as vital, living forces — both within us and around us. These are resources we rely on every day, and yet so often take for granted.
Guided by Clare Drury, this session draws on ancient myths of the well-keepers — ancestral guardians of water, wisdom, and deep listening — alongside contemporary breathwork practice. Together, we’ll explore what the sacred power of water can teach us about care, restoration, and wellbeing in modern life.
This is an invitation to dip beneath the surface, to listen more deeply, and to reconnect with your own inner waters.
What You’ll Experience
Reflection on breath and water as precious, interconnected resources
Story and myth as gateways into embodied listening and remembrance
Guided Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) to support release and renewal
A journey into the “sacred well”, breathing with your own inner waters
Space to restore, soften, and reconnect with your wellbeing
No previous breathwork experience is needed. You’ll be supported to listen to your body, move at your own pace, and engage with the practice in a way that feels respectful and resourced.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
hat is Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB)?
Conscious Connected Breathwork is a breathing practice where the inhale and exhale flow together without pauses. It can support emotional release, nervous system regulation, insight, and a deeper sense of connection to yourself. The breath becomes a guide — helping you listen inward and meet what’s present with care rather than force.
You can learn more about Conscious Connected Breathwork on our website.
Do I need any prior experience?
No experience is needed. This session is open to beginners and those who’ve practiced breathwork before. Clear guidance will be offered throughout, and you’ll be encouraged to engage with the practice in a way that feels right for you.
What do I need for the session?
Comfortable clothing you can breathe and move easily in
A yoga mat, mattress, or soft surface to lie on
A blanket or layers for warmth
Water nearby
A notebook if you’d like to capture reflections afterwards
A quiet, uninterrupted space is helpful, but not essential — please work with what’s available to you.
Is breathwork safe for everyone?
Breathwork is a powerful practice, and while many people find it supportive, it may not be suitable for everyone.
Online Conscious Connected Breathwork is not recommended if you have certain medical or psychological conditions, including (but not limited to):
Epilepsy
Severe asthma or respiratory conditions
Uncontrolled high blood pressure
Certain heart conditions
A history of severe trauma or significant and active mental health challenges
If you’re unsure, we encourage you to reach out to us in advance or speak with your healthcare provider. Please ensure you read and complete the waiver before attending.
What will happen during the session?
The session will include:
A gentle arrival and grounding
Preparation of the body and breath
A guided Conscious Connected Breathwork journey
Time to rest, integrate, and land
Optional space for reflection or sharing
Everything is invitational. You’re welcome to engage in the way that feels most supportive for you.
Will I be expected to share or speak?
No. Sharing is always optional. Some people find it helpful to speak about their experience; others prefer quiet integration. Both are equally welcome.
What might I experience during breathwork?
Each breathwork experience is unique. You might feel relaxation, emotional movement, insight, or a sense of clarity. Some people notice physical sensations such as tingling, warmth, or light-headedness.
Whatever arises is approached with care and choice. There’s no “right” experience to have.
Can I attend if I’m pregnant?
Conscious Connected Breathwork is generally not recommended during pregnancy. If you’re pregnant and interested in breathwork, please get in touch, we’re happy to suggest gentler practices that are more suitable.
What if I need to pause or stop during the session?
You are always in control of your experience. You can slow the breath, return to natural breathing, or stop altogether at any time.
This is a trauma-sensitive space where listening to your body and honouring your needs is encouraged and respected.
