About This Workshop
Breathwork is for everyone.
It’s a space to land.
To breathe.
To reconnect, with yourself, with others, and with something deeper.
In a world that can feel fast-paced, noisy, and overwhelming, The Breath Awakens offers a moment of pause. A chance to step away from the demands of daily life and come home to yourself through the simple, profound act of breathing.
Through intentional breathing, we can begin to release tension, support nervous system regulation, and access greater clarity and connection. Whether you’re arriving with stress, curiosity, emotional heaviness, or simply a desire to rest more deeply, this practice meets you exactly where you are.
No experience is needed, just a willingness to explore.
What You’ll Experience
A welcoming, supportive space where all levels are welcome
Gentle somatic practices and breath awareness to help you settle and arrive
Simple breath techniques to support emotional regulation and connection
Time to rest, reflect, and integrate
Optional sharing circle
Who Is This For?
This session is open to anyone who feels called to explore breathwork.
Whether you’re brand new or have been practising for years, The Breath Awakens offers a grounded, accessible space to deepen your relationship with your breath and yourself.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is breathwork?
Breathwork is the practice of working consciously with the breath to support wellbeing, awareness, and connection. In this session, breathwork is used as a gentle, accessible way to help the body settle, release tension, and reconnect with what’s present — physically, emotionally, and mentally.
What is Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB)?
Conscious Connected Breathwork is a breathing approach where the inhale and exhale flow together without pauses. It can support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and deeper self-awareness. The breath becomes a steady companion, guiding you to listen inward rather than push or perform.
You’ll be guided clearly throughout, with an emphasis on choice and self-pacing.
Do I need any previous experience?
No experience is needed at all. The Breath Awakens is designed to be welcoming and accessible whether this is your first breathwork session or one of many. You’ll be offered simple guidance and invited to engage in ways that feel supportive for you.
What do I need for the session?
Comfortable clothing you can breathe and move easily in
A mat, mattress, or soft surface to lie on
A blanket or layers for warmth
Water nearby
A notebook if you’d like to reflect afterwards
A quiet, uninterrupted space is helpful, but please work with what’s available to you.
Is breathwork safe for everyone?
Breathwork can be a powerful practice. While many people find it deeply supportive, Conscious Connected Breathwork may not be suitable for everyone.
It is not recommended if you have certain medical or psychological conditions, including:
Epilepsy
Severe asthma or respiratory conditions
Uncontrolled high blood pressure
Certain heart conditions
A history of significant trauma or acute mental health challenges
If you’re unsure, we encourage you to reach out before booking or consult with your healthcare provider. Please ensure you read and complete the waiver before attending.
What will happen during the session?
The session will include:
A gentle arrival and grounding
Simple somatic and breath awareness practices
A guided Conscious Connected Breathwork journey
Time to rest, integrate, and land
Optional sharing space at the end
Everything is invitational. You’re welcome to participate in the way that feels right for you.
What might I experience during breathwork?
Everyone’s experience is different. You might notice relaxation, emotional movement, insight, or a sense of connection. Some people experience physical sensations such as tingling, warmth, or light-headedness.
There is no “right” experience. Whatever arises is met with care, choice, and support.
What if I need to pause or stop?
You are always in control of your experience. You can slow your breathing, return to natural breath, sit up, or stop at any point.
Listening to your body and honouring your needs is encouraged and respected.
Will I be asked to share my experience?
Sharing is always optional. You’re welcome to speak, listen, or simply be present during any group sharing. All choices are valid.
Can I attend if I’m pregnant?
Conscious Connected Breathwork is generally not recommended during pregnancy. If you’re pregnant and curious about breathwork, please get in touch — we can suggest gentler practices that are more suitable.
