Breathing Space Breathwork Retreats in the UK
A Breathwork Retreat to Rest, Reset, and Reconnect
Breathing Space offers breathwork retreats in the UK for people who want time away from everyday pressure. Set near Dartmoor National Park, our retreats combine guided breathwork, gentle movement, time in nature, and space to rest.
These retreats are suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike. You don’t need prior breathwork experience.
You just need a willingness to slow down and breathe.
What Is a Breathwork Retreat?
A breathwork retreat is time set aside to step out of your usual patterns and pay attention to your breath, to your body and to what’s actually going on beneath the surface.
At a Breathing Space retreat, breathwork is the core practice. We use conscious connected breathwork, supported by yoga, simple movement, time in nature, and shared connection.
You’ll spend time breathing together, moving gently, walking on the land, eating nourishing food, and resting. Everything is optional. You’re encouraged to listen to your body and take breaks when you need them.
Our retreats are designed to support regulation, reflection, and reconnection. We’re not here to push experiences or promise outcomes. We create a calm, supportive environment where people can meet themselves honestly.

About Your Hosts
Benedict Beaumont
Benedict's journey to breathwork was a winding one. Escaping a stifling teaching career, he found clarity and purpose in the mountains of Nepal. A chance breathwork session ignited a passion, but the path to sharing this gift wasn't easy. Frustrated by the lack of support for new practitioners, he built Breathing Space from the ground up starting with running dozens of breathwork and yoga retreats.
Benedict's retreats are infused with community, connection and empowerment. He weaves his own transformative experiences, offering a warm, down-to-earth space where you're empowered to step into your full potential. Benedict believes that breathwork is for everyone. His mission is to help you bring the power of breathwork to your every day life, create positive change, and experience the profound sense of belonging he found on his own journey.
Jennifer Nolan
Jennifer, a registered nurse and proudly neurodivergent, found her way to breathwork with a healthy dose of skepticism, nudged along by her partner, Benedict Beaumont. But what started as a reluctant experiment blossomed into a deep passion for creating safe, empowering, and truly transformative retreat experiences.
Understanding the unique needs of neurodivergent individuals, Jennifer is dedicated to crafting trauma-informed spaces where everyone feels welcome and supported. She believes in the power of small, thoughtful touches to elevate a retreat from ordinary to extraordinary.
With a love for travel, two energetic little ones, and the joyful chaos of life, Jennifer finds solace and creative expression in the kitchen. For her, cooking and baking for retreats is a moving meditation, an opportunity to infuse each dish with love.
At Breathing Space retreats, Jennifer's warmth, compassion, and culinary artistry combine to create a nurturing environment where you can breathe deeply, heal fully, and connect authentically.
