You Shouldn’t Have to Figure This Out Alone
When Breathing Space founder, Benedict Beaumont, finished his initial breathwork training, he was handed a certificate and sent out into the world. He was a qualified facilitator, but he felt entirely alone. There was no clear next step, no network to lean on, and what followed was a lot of trial and error in the dark.
Breathing Space was born out of a desire to change that reality for so many wellness professionals.
We believe that qualifying as a wellness professional, a Breathwork Facilitator or Breathwork Coach, is just the beginning of the journey. Our Continuing Professional Development (CPD) courses are designed to bridge the gap between basic certification and advanced, confident practice.
But more importantly, they are built on the belief that we have to forge this path together. Even though these courses are online, they are deeply rooted in connection, peer support, and shared human experience.

The Breathing Space Circle: 12-Month Supervision
Graduating from a breathwork training can sometimes feel like stepping off a cliff. You have the tools, but suddenly you are facilitating in a silo without the peer network, mentorship, or practice spaces you had as a student.
We built the Breathing Space Circle to change that. This is a 12-month supervision and community membership designed for working breathworkers, coaches, and somatic practitioners.
Whether you trained with us or through an entirely different school, this is a space to log practice hours, bring your complex facilitation questions, and forge a path alongside a diverse, global community of peers.

It depends on the specific offering:
Masterclasses are often delivered as on-demand video workshops you can watch anytime.
Short Courses are often self paced online courses with videos but no live components.
Professional Certifications typically use a hybrid model where they are self-paced study modules paired with live, interactive community calls to discuss the material.
The Breathing Space Circle is heavily focused on live, interactive supervision and practice labs.
We treat you as an adult learner. You can engage with the material in the way that best fits your professional schedule, though we always encourage joining the live spaces when possible for the community connection.

For our standalone certifications and masterclasses, you receive lifetime access to the curriculum, including any future updates we make to that material.
