Most of the time, we live entirely in our heads. We analyse, we plan, we worry, and we try to "think" our way out of how we feel. But you cannot think your way through an emotion; you have to feel it.
At Breathing Space, we teach breathwork differently.
We believe that your body is inherently wise. If you create a safe environment and give it the right tools, it knows exactly how to heal, shift, and release what it is holding.
In this course, we prioritise your agency. You will never be told to push past your limits. Instead, you will learn how to use your breath to safely bridge the gap between your conscious mind and your unconscious body.

How This Course Works

2) Daily Guidance
Each day you will receive an email with a link to a short, easy-to-understand lesson and a guided audio/video practice.
3) Practice Anywhere
The first four days take approximately 10–15 minutes.
Day Five is a deeper 30-minute Conscious Connected Breathwork journey. All you need is a quiet space to practice where you won’t be disturbed.

Days 1 through 4 are designed to fit easily into your life, taking just 10 to 15 minutes each. Day 5 is a deeper dive that requires about 30 to 40 minutes of uninterrupted time.

Yes. We spend the first four days building a strong, safe foundation and learning the physical mechanics. On Day 5, we bring it all together with a fully guided, 30-minute CCB journey supported by a beautiful musical arc.

Not at all. All you need is a quiet space where you won't be disturbed, an internet connection to play the daily video/audio, and perhaps a blanket to keep you warm during the resting phases.

Absolutely. There is no "perfect" posture for breathwork. You are welcome to prop yourself up with pillows in bed, or sit in a comfortable, highly supportive chair (like a recliner with armrests).

Yes, because we prioritise your personal agency above all else. We teach you how to use the "brakes" before we teach you how to use the accelerator. You will learn specific grounding tools and modifications so that you always remain in the driver's seat of your own experience.

We do not believe in "cure-alls." Breathwork is not a magic pill, and we don't make grandiose promises. It is, however, a profound, practical tool for regulating your nervous system, expanding your capacity to feel, and creating a safe space for deep personal insight.
