Join us in the heart of Brighton for a powerful 2.5-hour Conscious Connected Breathwork session with Benedict Beaumont, founder of Breathing Space. Whether you're brand new to breathwork or already deep in your practice, this welcoming community session is for you.

Breathwork is a simple yet profound way to let go of stress, release emotional tension, and reconnect to yourself. In today’s busy world, giving yourself time to breathe—deeply and consciously—can be life-changing.

This session is trauma-informed, inclusive, and suitable for everyone.

What to Expect

  • Supportive, inclusive space – No experience required

  • Somatic and breath exercises – Gentle movement and simple breath techniques to ease you in

  • Guided Conscious Connected Breathwork – A powerful session for emotional release, clarity, and connection

  • Integration time – Reflect, share (if you wish), and leave grounded and restored

Who is it for?

Absolutely everyone over the age of 18. This session is suitable for complete beginners, curious explorers, or regular practitioners looking to deepen their breathwork practice in a supportive community setting.

We believe breathwork should be accessible to everyone.
The suggested contribution is £20, but please pay what feels right for you—no questions asked.

  • A yoga mat or something soft to lie on

Not at all. You’ll be fully guided through everything you need to know.

5. Is it safe?
