The Four Archetypes of the Heart

A once-a-month invitation to soften and let go

Our monthly zoom Sunday workshops are a place to explore Breathwork a little deeper than our usual Online Breathing Spaces. Over 2 incredible hours, an experienced Breathing Space Teacher will guide you on a journey to meet your breath.

About This Workshop

This October, we invite you to explore The Four Archetypes of the Heart—a powerful breathwork ceremony guided by shamanic wisdom. Within the heart live four archetypal energies—the Visionary, the Alchemist, the Teacher, and the Warrior—each carrying a unique frequency, a specific medicine, and a portal to your inner wisdom.

In this two-hour guided breathwork journey, you’ll breathe intentionally into each archetype, awakening their presence and exploring their connection to the seasons, the elements, and the natural rhythms of the soul.

Rooted in trauma-informed care, this session offers a deep yet accessible space to witness where your power lives and where resistance resides—allowing your breath to guide you with compassion.

What You’ll Experience

  • Four breath styles, one for each archetype, designed to open intuitive pathways, clear emotional stagnation and connect you to embodied wisdom.

  • A shamanic-guided journey into the heart to meet the inner Visionary, Alchemist, Teacher and Warrior.

  • Insight into your own barriers and sources of empowerment as they live in your breath and body.

  • Integration tools—journal prompts, grounding rituals and gentle reflections to carry the experience forward.

No previous breathwork or shamanic experience is required—just curiosity and an open heart.
