The Breath Awakens: Online Workshop
Breathwork is for everyone.
It’s a place to land, to soften, and to reconnect with yourself, with others, and with something deeper.
In a world that often feels fast and demanding, this session offers a moment of pause. A chance to step away from the noise and meet yourself exactly where you are.
Through intentional breathing, we can gently release tension, support nervous system regulation, and open space for clarity, insight, and connection. Whether you’re seeking stress relief, emotional release, or simply time for yourself, this practice adapts to you.
No experience is needed, just a willingness to breathe.
About the Session
Join Benedict Beaumont, experienced Breathwork Facilitator and founder of Breathing Space, for a two-hour guided online journey into the breath.
This session invites you to slow down, learn how to work with your breath in a safe and supported way, and experience the subtle but powerful shifts that can unfold when we breathe with intention.
