About This Workshop
What if your very presence were a message?
What if every breath, every quiet act of care, every gaze, carried meaning into the world?
You Are the Letter – Sending from Presence is a live, experiential online workshop exploring the sacred nature of being and the art of sending yourself into the world with awareness and soul.
Guided by Michèle, breathwork teacher and consciousness coach from Luxembourg, this two-hour session blends poetic teaching, contemplative story, guided breath meditations, and playful online practices. Together we’ll explore how presence itself transmits including how every breath, every silence, every gesture becomes a living language of connection.
You’ll be invited to rediscover your life as a living letter written by soul and time, and to experience what it means to breathe with life itself such as finding calm in the body, clarity in the mind, openness in the heart, and freedom in creation.
No previous meditation or breathwork experience is required, just curiosity, a willingness to slow down, and space to listen deeply.
What You’ll Experience
Guided breath meditations and presence practices to attune to the subtle language of being.
Explorations in how breath, awareness, and gesture transmit energy and meaning.
Contemplative stories and poetic reflections to awaken heart-centred presence.
Simple practices to bring more aliveness, care, and creativity into everyday life.
