The Sunday Sessions: The Exhale Awakening

The Exhale Awakening: As the Light Changes

The Exhale Awakening: As the Light Changes

A once-a-month invitation to soften and let go

Our monthly zoom Sunday workshops are a place to explore Breathwork a little deeper than our usual Online Breathing Spaces. Over 2 incredible hours, an experienced Breathing Space Teacher will guide you on a journey to meet your breath.

As the light begins to change, this month’s Sunday Session invites a gentler way of releasing, guided by the quiet wisdom of deciduous trees. Rather than forcing anything to fall away, we’ll gather our energy inward… and let the letting-go happen naturally.

What you’ll experience (2 unhurried hours)

  • Arrive & ground with gentle somatic settling to meet yourself exactly as you are.

  • Inner nourishment guided reflection to connect with your inherent goodness, strength, and wisdom.

  • The Exhale Journey: a restorative Conscious Connected Breathwork practice inspired by Celtic trees (Willow, Hawthorn, Oak, Elder). Each breath cycle is followed by 2 minutes of silence to integrate.

  • Integration and time to journal, rest, or share (always optional).

Why join

  • Discover a kinder path to release, less effort, more trust.

  • Soothe your nervous system and leave with a deep sense of calm.

  • Draw on seasonal wisdom to support clarity, renewal and alignment.

  • Sunday 28 September

Your Guides

Sharyn is an Astrologer, Breathwork Teacher and Cosmic Business Coach, combining her fascination with the cycles and rhythms of nature with her curious exploration of life and business as a human. Connect with Sharyn at sharyn-with-a-why.co.uk where you can book a cuppa and chat.

Marie is a breathkeeper and gentle guide, weaving breath, story, the wisdom of trees, and soul-rooted practices to hold space for quiet remembering — guiding others back to the steadiness within, to the truth they’ve always carried, and to the calm strength that rises when we pause, soften, and breathe.

She walks beside the ones who hold so much — the teachers, the space-holders, the steady hands — reminding them they’re allowed to be held too.
