Sunday Workshop The Exhale Awakening: As the Light Changes

The Exhale Awakening: As the Light Changes

The Exhale Awakening: As the Light Changes

Our monthly Sunday workshops are a place to explore Breathwork a little deeper than our usual Online Breathing Spaces. Over 2 hours an experienced Breathing Space Teacher will guide you on an incredible journey to meet your breath.

About this Workshop

Are you tired of constantly striving to "release what no longer serves you" through active effort? What if true release could be a gentle, natural unfolding, guided by the profound wisdom of nature?

Join us for "The Exhale Awakening: As the Light Changes," a transformative 2-hour workshop designed to shift your perspective on letting go and cultivating inner peace. Inspired by the quiet power of a deciduous tree preparing for winter, we will explore a revolutionary approach to personal well-being.

As the days shorten and the light changes, a tree doesn't force its leaves to fall. Instead, it draws all its vital goodness, its life-giving focus, deep within its core. Only then, with its inner essence nurtured and secure, do the leaves passively release and drift away. This workshop invites you to embrace this same profound wisdom.

What You Will Experience:
In the first half of our journey, we will guide you to consciously turn your focus inward, identifying and connecting with the inherent "goodness," strength, and wisdom that resides within you. Discover how nourishing this inner core can become your most powerful act of self-care.

The second half of our workshop will feature a deeply restorative "Exhale Journey," akin to our popular Midweek Exhale sessions. Through guided breathwork inspired by the wisdom of Celtic deciduous trees like the Willow, Hawthorn, Oak, and Elder, you will be invited to experience passive release firsthand. Each breath, infused with the unique energy of a specific tree, will be followed by 2 minutes of profound silence, allowing you to truly integrate the experience of effortlessly letting go of what no longer serves you, without force or struggle.

Benefits of Attending:

  • Discover a gentler path to release: Move beyond the effort of "active release" and learn to trust in a more natural, passive process of letting go.

  • Deepen your connection to inner goodness: Cultivate a stronger relationship with your innate strength, wisdom, and resilience.

  • Experience profound calm: The guided breathwork and dedicated periods of silence will soothe your nervous system and foster a deep sense of peace.

  • Gain unique insights from nature's cycles: Learn how the wisdom of trees can inform your personal growth and transformation, especially during times of change.

  • Feel lighter and more aligned: By drawing inward and allowing passive release, you can create space for renewed energy and clarity.

Embrace the season of drawing inward and allowing your own effortless release. Just as the light changes, so too can your approach to well-being.
Join us for this unique and restorative experience.

Marie is a breathkeeper and gentle guide, weaving breath, story, the wisdom of trees, and soul-rooted practices to hold space for quiet remembering — guiding others back to the steadiness within, to the truth they’ve always carried, and to the calm strength that rises when we pause, soften, and breathe.

She walks beside the ones who hold so much — the teachers, the space-holders, the steady hands — reminding them they’re allowed to be held too.
