Today's Gift: Breathwork for Balance
A stressed nervous system for a long period of time can cause havoc with your body! Breathwork can help. When we are breathing correctly we can short term put our nervous system in its parasympathetic (rest and digest) nervous state. Overtime with tools and exercises we can regulate our nervous system, build resilience and stress proof for the future.
About Your Guide: I am Jenni a Breathwork facilitator and Mindset Coach I work with people who are feeling disempowered, disconnected and dis-aligned with their truest self, to break away from anxiety, burn out and feeling constantly lost; to instead feeling reconnected, recentered and remotivated. To finding more contentment in their everyday life.
Through my coaching programmes, workshops and individual sessions, my aim is to support you on your journey to regulating your nervous system in times of worry and anxiety, to release trapped emotions that have been holding you back.
