Choose a natural setting for your walk, like a park, forest, or beach.
As you walk, pay attention to the rhythm of your steps.
Notice how your feet feel as they touch the ground.
Observe the sights, sounds, and smells around you. Take in the colors of the leaves, the sound of the wind, or the scent of the earth.
If your mind wanders, gently bring your focus back to the sensations of walking and your surroundings.
