I ask today that you hold my hand as I now step into my power in this new chapter of my life.

I ask for courage as I leave behind all the fear, the self doubt and the limiting beliefs that have held me in this cage for so long.

I ask for gentleness as you walk me through the lessons, growth and healing ahead.

I ask you to remind me to trust myself, my intuition and my inner knowing always.

I pray that I never give up my authenticity or fail to speak my truth in an effort to please others.

I ask that I am able to share this gift with any and all who need it.

I ask that I always lead with the heart, with love, kindness and compassion for all.

I pray to remain open throughout this journey while providing a safe space for others to be seen, heard and understood.

I pray that this gives me the opportunities to live, to work, to earn, to travel and to exist with the freedom and flexibility I have always craved.

I pray to always see the infinite possibilities around me.

I pray to always be bold, passionate and full of light as I share this magic with the world.

I pray to live a life I am proud of.

I ask to do all of this, AND MORE with kindness, courage and joy.

And so it is.

Led by Benedict Beaumont, a passionate cheerleader for every student, our program is built on a foundation of support, inclusivity, and empowerment. We believe in holding space for you when you’re unsure, helping you find your voice as a facilitator, and celebrating the amazingness of real humans—not cookie-cutter copies.

Reconnecting With Your Inner Child

The warm beige walls of the ketamine clinic seemed to melt away, replaced by an endless field of wildflowers bathed in golden sunlight. There I was, a carefree three-year-old, hand-in-hand with my daughter, Eden, who was also three. We were running, giggling, the embodiment of pure joy. But amidst this idyllic scene, a profound realization struck me: Eden was me.

The 5 Types of Imposter Syndrome (for Aspiring Breathwork Facilitators)

"I'm not good enough." It's a big, heavy statement, one that often lurks beneath the surface for aspiring breathwork facilitators. They see the training, the potential to guide others through profound experiences, but then the doubt creeps in. "Who am I to hold space for such vulnerability? I'll probably freeze in front of a group." Many convince themselves they'll do the training for personal growth, secretly believing they'll never actually lead a session.

I am Doing This Training Both for Myself and for Others.

Like many people, I did not know what I wanted to be when I was growing up, even after I left school, after university, into my 20s I was just doing things because. I was doing them because I thought they were the right thing to do, I was doing them because others had told me it was what I should do, I was doing things because it was keeping people happy and keeping them off my back from the continuous stream of “what are you doing with your life Chelsea?”
