We offer 5 free breathwork sessions a week, led by various facilitators, across different time zones to make it as accessible as possible for your busy schedule.

Each live, guided, online breathwork session lasts 60 minutes (including a 30 minute breathwork practice) with a chance to share your experiences and connect with others (completely optional!).
